New York University Tisch School of the Arts Asia students Russell Clark ’13 (MFA, Kanbar, Film), Amy Hartman ’13 (MFA, Kanbar, Film), Mauricio Osaki ’13 (MFA, Kanbar, Film), and Jeff Wong ’13 (MFA, Kanbar, Film) have teamed up with Ty Lawson ’12 (MFA, Kanbar, International Media Producing) to tell stories from behind the mystifying veil of Vietnam.
The group of adventurous Tisch School of the Arts Asia students now are in the midst of pre-production, script development, casting and location scouting. They decided that in order to really dig deep and tell stories that are truly reflective of the soul of Vietnam, they needed to fully embrace life there by living amongst the people.
Their productions will begin filming in early December and run through early January.
