On July 8, 2010, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced the nominees for the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy® Awards. The Awards recognize outstanding achievement in all fields of primetime television production and are presented to individuals and programs broadcast from in any primetime period (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) during the 2009 calendar year.
